Luna System Requirements


Luna works most reliably when your browser and device meet a few basic requirements. This article covers what's supported, what you can do on each device, and what to try if something isn't working.

Which devices can I use Luna on?

Luna is a responsive web app with a companion app. You can use it in a browser on a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or phone, as long as your device meets the software requirements below.

What you can do depends on which device you're using:

Supported mobile operating systems (for the Luna companion app)

Using an older operating system? Luna will still work, but some features may not run at their best, and availability can vary.

Hardware requirements

There are no minimum hardware requirements for Luna. If your device supports one of the browsers or operating systems above, it can run Luna.

If Luna isn't working as expected, try these steps first:

  1. Update your mobile device or tablet to the most recent version of its operating system.
  2. Update your browser to the most recent version.
  3. Check your device and browser meet the requirements above.
  4. Clear your browser cache and reload Luna, if you're using it through a browser.
