Help! Why is Luna making me reset my password?

On 31st March 2026 we rolled out a major upgrade to Luna, making it significantly faster, smoother, and more secure.

As a result, Luna will ask all returning users to reset their password on the first time they use Luna after this update. This ensures that their password meets the correct security requirements.

Once you have completed this step the first time, you will not have to do this again.
