Help! What do I do if I can't find my Luna license code?

If you can't find your Luna license code, your invitation email can be resent to you. The person you get in touch with to do this will vary, depending on how you received your Luna license:

  • For DSA students, get in touch with your DSA supplier.
  • For students who have been given a license directly from their institution, please reach out to the admin for your institution who manages license allocations.
  • For licenses directly purchased from Booost Education, get in touch with our Technical Support Team.
