How do I sort my collections?
You can view your collections using the Scheduled, Unscheduled, Completed and All collections tabs. Within the Scheduled tab, Luna automatically orders your collections to help you prioritise your revision.
How collections are ordered
Collections in your Scheduled tab are ordered automatically to help you prioritise:
- Soonest review date — collections with the earliest scheduled review appear at the top
- Lowest confidence — where two collections have the same review date, or no review is scheduled, the collection where you are least confident appears higher
This means the most important collection to review will always be at the top — you don't need to manually decide where to start.

To add a collection to ‘Scheduled'
You can add a collection to the ‘Scheduled’ tab by selecting ‘Smart scheduling’ or ‘Custom scheduling’ when setting the scheduling for a collection
To add a collection to ‘Unscheduled'
You can add a collection to the ‘Unscheduled’ tab by selecting ‘No scheduling’ when setting the scheduling for a collection.
To add a collection to ‘Completed'
You can add a collection to the ‘Completed’ tab by editing a collection and using the ‘Mark as completed’ toggle. You can find instructions on marking a collection as completed here.
Collection ended
The Collection ended tab shows collections where the start and end dates you set have now passed.
If the collection is still useful to you, you can set a new schedule end date to move it back into your Scheduled tab. Alternatively, if you have finished with the collection, you can mark it as Complete.
