How do I close my account?

To close your Luna account you will need to get in touch with us.

You can do this by using our Contact Form, or through the app using the steps below.

Once your account has been closed the process cannot be reversed.

If you have deleted your account in error please get in touch with support@booosteducation.com within 28 days.

To close your account:

  1. Choose ‘Settings’.
  2. Under the heading ‘Account'
  3. Scroll down and click ‘Close my account’.
  4. The Contact Form will be opened in a separate page.
  5. Fill out your name and email address.
  6. Fill out the message section to let us know you would like to close your account.
  7. Click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.
