What are the minimum software requirements for Luna?

These requirements enable the products to perform at their optimum level and allow us to provide comprehensive support to our users with any enquiries or issues. In all cases, we support versions of software that are officially supported by the manufacturers, as these are being continually updated and improved.

If my mobile device runs an older operating system, does that mean Luna won’t work on my phone?
The Luna mobile app will continue to work on older operating systems, but the less recent your operating system is, the less likely the product is to work at an optimum level.
With unsupported operating systems, you may find product functionality or feature availability varies.
